On October 6, 2008, the “Customer Choice and Electricity Reliability Act”, was enacted to allow for competition among suppliers. Unfortunately, the bill includes a provision which places a cap on the total amount of electricity which can be served by third party suppliers in each of Michigan's two main service territories. We are always available to explain our different pricing options and will work with you to design a purchasing strategy that will allow your business to take full advantage of the deregulated electricity markets.
