Branch Manager (Harrisburg, PA)

Job Summary:

As the Branch Manager you will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities for our Harrisburg, PA location. Ability to staff and direct a growing sales team and provide leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values is expected. As the Branch Manager establishing plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contribute to the development of training, performance management and leadership is needed. This position reports to the Director of Sales.

Responsibilities:

Team Development

  • Establishes and maintains a positive team atmosphere in which your sales team feels supported
  • Coaches, motivates and inspires the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Insures that all Account Executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes
  • Develops rapport with Account Executives to gain their trust and confidence
  • Develops performance objectives with the sales reps, clearly articulating responsibilities and expectations

Performance Management

  • Sets clear goals that provide people with clear actionable performance standards
  • Manages individual subordinates' performance based on agreed set of objective by providing timely performance feedback and taking disciplinary action when necessary

Leadership

  • Provides strong leadership to staff by creating a positive work environment
  • Communicates company vision and overall sales objectives to reps and how they personally contribute to the company's success

Product Knowledge

  • Possesses understanding of Patriot Energy Group's Industry and solutions
  • Possesses Knowledge of PEG's market strategy, competitive landscape, unique value proposition, how we compete and win in the market, and our financial metrics
  • Keeps current with the competitor activities and industry changes that affect product sales information

Required Skills:

Key Account Support Analyst

Job Summary:

The Key Account Support Analyst will assist Key Account Reps in their job function, and be responsible for in all things related to serving our clients and re-signing their accounts. This will include; creating account addendums, obtaining supplier bills or utility bills, resolving occasional tax related form and other issues, fixing incomplete internal paperwork, putting presentations together for client meetings, reviewing supply contracts for various key terms, creating pricing presentation sheets. You will also be asked to speak with clients if accounts have dropped unexpectedly, or we have received some sort of notification from the supplier that something has changed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generating savings analysis reports upon rep request by Key Account Sales Staff
  • Retrieving utility bills for current clients upon request (directly from the utility)
  • Generating addendums for client's paperwork
  • Assist the Director of Sales and team with any additional paperwork
  • Researching Utility rates if not updated on internal company drive or website
  • Look for cross selling opportunities of other products within existing client base
  • Following up for documents and information key to Sales Staff and deals
  • Make calls to customers informing them of market movement (up and down)

Required Skills:

  • Ability to perform well and efficiently during high stress situations

Pricing Analyst

Job Summary:

The Pricing Analyst is the point person between Patriot's internal sales teams and external suppliers. Pre-deal, the Pricing Analyst works closely with the sales representatives to source bids for their customers through Patriot's existing supplier network. After bids have been sourced, he/she packages the bids from suppliers and provides them to the sales representative in time for their scheduled meeting with the customer. Post-deal, the pricing analyst works to buy and secure the position for the customer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collects and organizes pertinent information from the sales representative and local distribution company in preparation for the bidding process. Works as the main point of contact both internally with sales representatives and externally with our supplier network to manage the pricing process for multiple customers simultaneously. Applies energy market, supplier, and product knowledge throughout the bidding process to ensure optimum results.
  • Coordinates, negotiates, analyzes, and compiles pricing from various suppliers in preparation for bid delivery to the potential customer. In charge of providing on-time pricing and ensuring accuracy of bids in a highly volatile commodity market. Manages supplier relationships including closing ratios as well as product and pricing feedback.
  • Negotiates and buys the customer's requested product, price, and term through our supplier network. Responsible for the creation or request of the customer's supplier agreement and guarantees the accuracy of the final product. Regularly troubleshoots complex pricing and contracting issues.
  • Researches and comprehends complicated market information. Remains up-to-speed on market news. Works on team projects as assigned.

Client Relations Representative

Job Summary:

The Client Relations Representative is the point person between Patriot's supply partners, sales teams, and Patriot Energy's client base. This position will problem solve disputes and relay resolution directly to our clients. The Client Relations Representative will troubleshoot both on internal and external issues. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with Patriot Energy clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identifies product or service difficulties by examining the client's complaint; works interdepartmentally to gather required information; determines the cause of the problem; selects and explains the best solution; expedites correction or adjustment; follows up to ensure resolution.
  • Professionally handles incoming requests from clients to ensure issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
  • Provides quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to; enrollment issues, rate discrepancies, tax exemption problems, client drops, re-enrollments, etc.
