Client Care Executive
Patriot Energy is looking for a Client Care Executive to build and maintain lucrative relationships that implement and expand purchasing strategies of electricity and natural gas contracts. You will play a pivotal role in design, expansion and implementation of supply side commodity purchasing strategies.
The ideal candidate will effectively collaborate with stakeholders in Sales and Operations to understand client needs and effectively educate them on market trends and have a problem-solving, proactive approach to quickly resolve/elevate client issues.
Success in the role will require a self-starter skilled in customer retention while expanding client volume, high standards of what personal success looks like, a strong comfort level communicating with the C-Suite, and a proven ability to engage and connect with clients over the phone. Some local travel may be required for client meetings.
This is a great opportunity to earn base, commission, with potential for bonus.
Inside Sales Executive
We seek an entrepreneurial, goal-orientated Inside Sales Executive in our Burlington, MA office. Our culture fosters individual accountability and execution, with our customers at the center of everything we do. In this exciting role you will prospect for new business, nurturing potential relationships, while retaining core business.
Success in the role will require superior communication skills, the ability to prospect and close a sale, and a proven ability to engage and connect with clients over the phone.
Our ideal candidate must be resilient, extremely self-motivated, responsive to customer needs and “pain points”, and have 2-5 years’ professional sales/account management experience.

Commercial Account Executive
In this highly visible position you will be responsible for new business development and client retention, expanding and implementing purchasing strategies of electricity and natural gas contracts. Our customers are at the center of everything we do so our ideal candidate must be client focused, resilient, and highly motivated to grown and maintain strong relationships, understanding and effectively presenting to C-Level executives and decision makers.
With 2-5 years of customer focused experience, you aren’t afraid to pick up the phone and prospect commercial businesses, understand/translate their needs and educate them on market trends. You have an innate ability to manage a sales process from sourcing to close, and relish the desire to pick up the phone and start the hunt all over again. The Pricing Analyst is the point person between Patriot’s internal sales teams and external suppliers. Pre-deal, the Pricing Analyst works closely with the sales representatives to source bids for their customers through Patriot’s existing supplier network. After bids have been sourced, he/she packages the bids from suppliers and provides them to the sales representative in time for their scheduled meeting with the customer. Post-deal, the pricing analyst works to buy and secure the position for the customer.
